The kitten of cattery Kobano are sold with contract.

     Our kittens are reserved by a non-refundable deposit only. Deposit forms 1/3 full costs kitten. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities if the buyer changes their mind. Deposit is refundable if the kitten doesn't develop to the assessed quality. The Seller will obliged take care about the reserved kitten during the stipulated period of time. If the Buyer refuses to pay the full price of the kitten, when the above mentioned period of time has expired, the Seller has the right to sell the kitten to another person.
The cost of kitten and the cost of shipping has to be paid completely.

Reserved = deposit received
Sold = total payment received

     Our kittens leave us not at the earliest by 16 weeks old with first vaccine.

     I reserve the right of refusal for the sale our kitten at anytime without explanation. Only inquiries containing your full name, country, town where you live and a short description of you and your cattery, how many cats you have, how they live ... will be replied.
